At Timemore, we stand by the precision and quality of our coffee brewing equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and includes all original packaging, manuals, and accessories to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
